Yes and no.  Assuming you want to save/restore objects from RISC to CISC,
you have to live within the rules of what S/R supports.  In other words,
the oldest CISC release that you can restore to from V4R1 is V3R1.  When we
get to the release after V4R1 (whatever it will be called), you can bet
that the oldest CISC release you can restore to will be V3R2.  It's likely
that V3R2 will be supported for some time, but don't count on it forever.
