This 'triggers' a thought from me. Our title order file, the main file for our business, has three 2-digit fields for dates. (8-( We're converting that to 8-digit dates. One of the things we've done for the interim, in production, too, until we can get the new format propagated, is to have both versions, with triggers on each, so that changes to either get mirrored to the other. It seems to be working well for us, and maybe this idea can help others. I'll be glad to share what I can—send private e-mail—but I'll need to dig a little, as I'm not directly involved in that side of things here.
