At least from v3r7, there is direct dial-in to the 400 with a SLIP connection (and PPP, I think, on at least v4r2) on an RS-232 line—no ISP needed. Or, if you're on a network, use a router that connects (frame relay, whatever) to the ISP—this is what we do now. I know security is one big concern for us. Any thoughts are appreciated.
