You might need to call IBM service for this. However, there're are 2 manuals that could provide this info, but I don't know anyone who gets them. They're pretty deep, I think, about 400 pages each, according to the Publications Reference. Anyway, for v3r7, they are as follows:

LY44-4900-01	AS/400 Licensed Internal Code Diagnostic Aids – Volume 1
LY44-4901-01	AS/400 Licensed Internal Code Diagnostic Aids – Volume 2

You'd need to order these from IBM--they're not part of any of the CDs.
