Re: V2R3 to V4R1 with a twist

If they plan to use the CISC to RISC Migration Assistant to go from V2R3 
to V4R1, I believe you must install an intermediate release on the CISC box
first (eg. V3R2) as you can't jump ahead more than 2 releases in one shot.
