I spent some time checking out the SNTP PRPQ rumor.  It is false. 
Currently there is not an SNTP PRPQ available for the AS/400.  However,
please contact Mark Even in the Custom Technology Center (CTC) in
Rochester if you are interested in SNTP.  His phone number is
507-253-1313.
