Trying to get my AS/400 to dial out to my ISP.  I've configured
everything as I know, but Modem never dials.  In spool file generated by
program talking to modem, I never see any commands echo back from the
modem.

I've tried IBM 7852-400 in ASYNC mode, as well as USR 28.8.  I've also
tried modem parameters for IBM 7852-010, 013, and MultiTech 28.8.  For
USR, I used USR 28.8.
