(xx should be exact length or the 4 parms, and the 3 commas to separate)
CHGVAR &PARMS VALUE(&PARM1 *CAT ',' *CAT &PARM2 *CAT ',' *CAT &PARM3 +
                    *CAT ',' *CAT &PARM4)
(didn't use your variable names as I can't see them right now)
(note - individual parms must be defined with exact length, as a blank
at the right will cause an OCL string with a blank before the next comma,
and it will not read any further) 
STRS36PRC PRC(MYPROC) PARM(&PARMS)
