You may also notice that common users can not display the joblog of users
with *ALLOBJ authority.  If this is what you're trying to acomplish, you can
build a CL that accepts a job name as a parameter and does a DSPJOBLOG with
adopted authority (adopting an *ALLOBJ authority profile).
