Exit programs

Does anyone have any of these that might be shareable and easily altered to
regulate some user id and/or IP restrictions. Particularly for FTP and telnet.
Also file transfer.

I am a hardware guy and not real versed in CL programs although occasionally
I'll get one to work and actually do what I intended.
