Bad times aside (Bob was late :) ... the IRC chat went off quite 
well.  Only had one snert and they didn't last long.

The idea of having a regularly scheduled chat was brought up... and I 
think it's a good one.

Therefor... I'm going to setup and publicize a regularlly scheduled 
IRC chat on MIDRANGE topics.  

If *ANYONE* had ideas on a good time & day of month to hold the chat 
that would accomidate as many timezones as possible, please let me 
know.  I chose 9pm CDT this time because it would be the most 
convient for folks in NA, but it kinda precluded much participation 
from the folks in Europe.

My current working date & time will be the first tuesday of every 
month at 9pm CDT.  If we want to do it more frequently, then perhaps we could 
go 
for the first & third tuesday.
