We can get the bits and pieces from various regular commands, but nothing has put it together for me until the WRKSBSJOBQ utility (sorry it's from your competition). Running _and_ waiting jobs is exactly what the utility gives you. It's something I've been looking for for years. Of course, it's a little more work.
