An experiment in IRC...

Folks:

I'd like to setup an experimental IRC chat for MIDRANGE topics.

This TUESDAY, September 2nd, at 9pm CDT (that's 10pm EDT, 8pm MDT, 
and 7pm PDT.... I don't know what time it would be on the other side 
of the pond) I'm going to be creating a room called "#MIDRANGE" on 
IRC.MCS.NET.  Feel free to join in.  I'm unclear as to how IRC is 
propigated to other servers, but you might be able to join in from 
your local systems.

Windows AOL users (both 3.1 and 95) should be able to go to keyword 
IRC to get the necessary software.  I dunno about CI$ users.

Anyway, if this works out, we can make it a regular thing.
