For CA/400 for Win95 V3R1M1 there was a fix for this in Service Pack PTF
SF41491 available 1997/07/10, although that Service Pack is now superseded
by SF42350 available 1997/08/29.
For V3R1M2 the fix was in SF40828 available 1997/06/26, which is now 
superseded by SF41904 available 1997/08/04.
