4247 printer problem -- MIDRANGE-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I have a customer with a 4247 twinax attach... They IPL every night and
when they come in the A.M., the printer is beeping and in a not ready
state... It clears by pressing stop, then start..... This does not occur
on any of the other printer, anybody know what's the deal with the 4247 
????????
