You can see the ports in use with the NETSTAT command, taking option 3, and
then F14. There are a number of server function with ports above 8470. Here
are some of the wellknown ports:

ftp               21 (this is the control channel-20 is for data)
telnet            23
smtp              25
bootps            67
tftp              69
www               80
pop3             110
snmp             161
lpd              515
wsg             5061

All this (I just discovered, following HELP from the 'Ports' column in
NETSTAT) can be seen by using the command WRKSRVTBLE. Here you can even
change these ports, 'tho I believe you have to be sure your clients append
":port#" to the URL.
