Re: Year 2K - IA better built here

Have you seen the Bill Clinton  Whitehouse  statement this week  on Yr/2000
 public & private sectors  support statement.  No  relief  but a supportive
 statement. If   anyone is interested  guess I  might  locate a copy  for
posting or a URL?
