Very true, but I would hope that the staff performing the Y2K conversion had
at least a cursory knowledge of the system on which they are working.  The
accounts that I was addressing (and suspect the original poster represents)
HAVE no documentation in most cases.  I have no idea what you mean by "legacy
art and creative actions".
