One thing I don't like about the PDF files is that there are no
hot-links and the page numbering. The TOC list chapter-page format,
while PDF refers to the sequential page number. QUick, what is the
sequential page number for page six of chapter seventy-five of the API
manual.

If we could get this improved, it would be fantastic. It seems with the
compiler they use to print their manuals, it would not be very difficult
to add the hooks to the Acrobat format output.
