We've been using Robot/Save for about 2 weeks now and I'm pleased. It 
has a nice restricted state utility and is pretty flexible overall for 
"daily" backups. If you use other Help Systems products, they all tie in 
together. For example, I get a pager message whenever a backup is 
sitting in a message wait state or aborts for some reason.
Never had to append any data to a Robot/Save tape though.
