 Just make the connect with Ca/400, fire up WORD, open QDLS , find the
folder with the documents, open document, save to PC.... I have done this
and it works, although you have to make sure you have those conversion
programs installed in WORD (they normally do not install without manual
intervention).... It took us a while to figure that out but you can 
download conversion routines from MS web site...
