Gary,

   We ran in to this once before.  Check out the temporary storage that
this user has during their interactive or batch jobs, this needs to be
added into your formula for determining how much storage a user gets. I
bet you will be surprised.  Query tends to be another one where it
requires a lot of space to run.  It would be nice if there was a
parameter that you could control the amount of permanent space a user
used.
