re: sending a printout to several printers

Another problem:

A program prints a report.  Several people in several different buildings
want a copy on their desk when they walk into their office in the morning. 
We've been printing it off and making photocopies and distributing the
copies with the mail.  

Someone asked one of those simple questions "Why don't you just print a
copy on their AS/400 printer?  Then they have it right off."

Now that I think about it, it makes sense.  But how?  I don't want to run
the program over and over if I can help it.
