Jeff, >>Does anyone else out there use ADSTAR Distributed Storage Manager >>on the AS400? I've had a problem since I upgraded from V3R1 to >>V3R2 -- the "start server" command fails with MCH0601. Has anyone responded to you yet on this? I unsubscribed just aftre the note was sent and went on vacation. I am finishing up our eval of it the next two weeks. Are you aware of the ADSM mailing list? Even more traffic than here!!! There are 2 PTF's you need for V2 of ADSM (which you need under V3R2). I am at V3R7 and the ptf's are SF34309 & SF34334. I do not know if the same PTF's work for V3R2. We have succesfully installed and backup SCO Open server, Linux, Win/95, Sun/OS. Working on my netware servers this week. Major problems configuring 3570 and the documentation stinks. Level 1 support is even worse because the support folks do not know (or care about) the AS/400.
