If you want to use program described output specs you can use an
existing printer file like QSYSPRT, and do 
OVRPRTF QSYSPRT PAGESIZE(68)

or just create a new printer file (you could copy QSYSPRT) and make a
permanent change to it via CHGPRTF, and use that in the RPG pgm.
