This would sort the DS asending or descending(new SORTDS opcode). And as 
charlie stated the fields in the DS should not have to be contiguous.

P.S. I still would rather have the DFT values from DDS and REF H-Spec
      keyword and also OVERLAY at the DS level. (of course)
