Unknown CD-Rom for V3R7 -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi All:

I rec'd a CD w/my V3R7 upgrade to my V3R6 system. I can't seem to determine
what it's for. It has the following on it:

LIC INT CODE FOR OS/400-RSD

A_MF12423_01

Now the cume PTF CD has: PREQ MF12423 on it. So I'm assuming it is a PTF CD
(prerequisite) - but I can't find any special instructions for it. Anyone
have a suggestion ?
