Link Problems in AS400.

Hi,

We are facing a severe problem of Link failure, Where the Connection to
as400 is lost in one session but continues in other session, some time
totally goes out ... This happens only for AS400 Connection from India to
US through a Link. This problem started when the Link was made to 128kbps
from 64 kbps.

The other Main Frame Workstaions are functioning Properly...
Is there a Solution to this Problem????
