The semi-colon is shown in PTF cover letter SF36096 and also in SF22089.
>From looking at the SF22089 cover letter it appears all the semi-colon
does is allow you to place comments to the right.
My cwbtfr.ini file doesn't have the semi-colon but it definitely works.
