The correct way to obtain an update tape is to contact whomever you
normally get your OS/400 software
from (marketing rep, IBM direct, business partner, whoever) and have them
PROFS a note (PROFS is like 
internal IBM email) requesting one to the QUSRTOOL node at RCHVMX2.  The
rep should include your current OS/400 version in the request .The tapes
are distributed only on 1/4" cartridge.  If they get told the
tapes are no longer available please let me know.  To the best of my
knowledge they are available, however it is an 'informal' function.  There
is no feature code associated with the tape.
