What you need is a NPA list and update from BellCore, which handles tje
area codes for all exchanges in the country. I believe BellCore was a
spinoff of AT&T. They had a web site a while back, but I haven't been
there in a while. They may be a part of Lucent Technologies now. One
word of warning, everything they sell is procey!
