HER??!!??  There are even more of the macho "I'm a -man- and I know all
about computers" bozos out there.

It's an extension of men never stopping to ask for directions...  The women
will call and tell me there's a strange message on their screen.  Men will
'assume' that they know how to get out of a problem, and won't call until
they've responded to 3 or 4 messages and are totally stuck.
