  Alan:
QRPLOBJ is there so that (a) you can compile a program without having to
allocate it exclusively (the object is renamed within any jobs running
at the time to the QRPLOBJ name), and (b) for the security officer to
recover the original version of an object compiled with RPLOBJ(*YES). It
is not supposed to have *PUBLIC authority of any sort.

Why is your application doing this?
