DFRWRT(*NO) postpones writing data to the display until a read (either a
READ or EXFMT) is performed.  This reduces traffic on the line which is
especially important for remote sites.  It is necessary to override this
from time to time when you wish to display a status message to a user with
reading any data from the display.  Originally, IBM made this a file level
keyword but somwhere around Version 7 of CPF it became a record level
keyword which is much more pratical.
