If you got the impression from my note that the translation is done by
computer, this is not what I intended.  Translation is handled by
translation centers in various parts of the world.  When a new release gets
to a certain point in the 'build process' the MRI (everything you can see
on the screen, which is contained in message files in QSYS and in some
internal build libraries) is frozen and sent out for transilation.

Now about computer based transilation, standards have been set (check out
the system value QLANGID), but I don't think that anyone's doing it.  I
don't believe that we have computers powerful enough or algorithms good
enough, yet.
