We had a System/38 at a remote site.  As we upgraded terminals, the lead
keypuncher (how's -that- for an obsolete term?) begged us not to scrap her
5250.  We told her it wasn't going to be under maintenance, and if it
failed, that was it.  She kept it.  And it kept going... and going... and
going...

I liked 'em too--  the keyboard was a Selectric Typewriter-like unit, that
had a touch and feel unlike any keyboard to date.
