  The user tools (QAATOOLS, whatever) had a utility that could copy save
files to physical files and back again.  Last names I saw on them were
"package" and "unpackage" although at pre V3R1 releases I think they had a
different name.  Once the SAVF is in a PF, it can be downloaded "no
conversion" with Client Access (or whoever's) file transfer and shipped out
with the FDF and DDS specs for the PF for uploading on other systems.
