Bob Tipton appeared at a recent user's group meeting.  After mentioning the
problems the military and government will have updating -their- thousands
of systems for Y2K (anyone else hear that the missle systems will all
launch when their calendars hit 00/00/00?), he read the following
'headline' from 2005: "President [insert name here] announced today that
tours of duty for US Army Programmers, drafted in 1999 to fix government
computer systems, will be extended another 3 years so work can be
completed."
