My understanding is that the 8228s use STP and you shouldn't mix shielded
with unshielded.  When we moved, I got rid of the ICS for cat5 and replaced
all of my 8228s with one 8230 and whatever model of passive hubs that go
with it.  This is all UTP and I was told not to mix it also.

PS. Anyone in need of 8228s or LWSs?
