Nothing is being done to CL because Rochester owns CL while Toronto owns
RPG.  Ditto for DDS.

I wish IBM would start charging for CL and DDS separately from OS/400.  That
way there would be a revenue stream which would justify enhancements for
existing users.  As it is now, if the work does not sell NEW AS/400's, it is
not done.
