This is true  but you have to write  at least one program per file.  AND
what happens to those "birthday" type days which could be in the1800 or
historicals in earlier centuries{ they should already be noted}  And the
future dating in 20xx  all imply  ELSE.

Question -  By the OS/400  fixed window rule if - If one was  born  between
 1901 and 1939 then I will be converted to a birth dates of 2001 -2039?
