V3R7 PDM

My 9401-150 with PDM doesn't show any members!

If you hit F17 (subset) from the Work with members screen, you'll see
that the from date is 01/01/40, and the to date is 12/31/39.

Well, none of my members fit within that range.  Help text states that
any date between 40 and 99 gets a 19 before it, and anything with 00 to
39 gets a 20 before it. 

That means that my member must be dated between 01/01/1940, and
12/31/2039. 

I've been doing most of my programming on the AS/400 since the 1940's,
but my members still don't come up.

BTW, I have to reset this everytime I exit the Work with members screen.

I have to make both dates in 20th century to get this to come up.

I have GOT to search for a PTF.

What's going on?
