While I responded to the thread, I don't recall of being an advocate of one
over the other!  I also recall suggesting using MR as a punishment to those
abusing the list some time back!  Personally (depending upon the database
size), I'd probably resort to using SQL with a "NOT IN" subselect (which I
CERTAINLY don't have time to detail in a manner which would not draw
criticism (-;) as an alternative to your solution.  Otherwise, I see nothing
wrong with your solution -- DOW and DOU both have their uses, otherwise we
wouldn't HAVE both!
