*** ADMIN: Attachments

Folks:

I would request that everyone REFRAIN from attaching files to email 
messages if at all possible (I know that some exchange / outlook /
msmail users have no control over this).

Attached files make the data transfers take an inordinate amount of 
time on my end, and a lot of folks have no way of processing an 
attachment.

If you have a file to send, please just mention the file in your 
message and ask people to email you privately if they want a copy
of the file.

If the file is of general interest, send it to me and I'll make the
file available in the archive directory (a little used feature of 
MAJORDOMO here).
