I disagree a little. I think that ITER and LEAVE are tools for use by 
guys who aren't used to writing code without GOTOs. Many of us who went 
through years of RPG II without any structured opcodes tended to write 
programs in a fashion that made structured coding look stupid. Once in 
the habit of using structured opcodes for a few years, it is amazing how 
much changes in the _way_ you write your programs. The same thing happens 
if you code for a while without branching. 

You just code in a fashion that doesn't lead to horrible IFs.
