I ran into an interesting discussion today regarding Y2K (Year 2000) projects. It appears that at least one location, the IS staff is using overblown Y2K project estimates to bury costs of buying the latest technology that they couldn't get approved through normal channels. Is anyone else seeing Y2K project bloat of this sort? Hank Heath Vice President Medco Systems, Inc.
