Just today I was in need of help on our newer UDS Motorola V.3400. I called the help tech support at Motorola and was speaking to a wonderful tech person within 10 minutes. The only requirement they have is that you have a Motorola Modem..their tech support is fabulous. PS) You can't go wrong with Motorola...at least this is my experience.
