There is a ptf for this, (i don't know the number) 

funny thing about this ptf though, - one of our clients installed it and
POOF!!! no members were displayed in PDM at all.  This caused several
heart attacks from developers who were certain that all the source code
was gone.  

but if you pressed F17 you would see a "from date" of 00/00/00 and a "to
date" of 12/31/99.   

As everyone knows from our past experience with IBM that the 20th
century didn't actually start until 01/01/1940 and the 21st century will
end approximatly 11:59pm on 12/31/2039. :)

Which would make the "From date" described above, after the "to date".

to fix it, just blank out the dates and they come back as 01/01/40
and 12/31/39 (or something like that).
