You will always see a minor discrepancy, as WRKSYSSTS shows the usage at
a specific point in time, whereas RTVDSKINF usually takes a few hours to
run, and as the system is usually doing some other work the percentages
can add up to a few points + or - 100%.
Still - there's no way you should be seeing such a major discrepancy
(40.5%).  Do you only have one ASP ?  Is it possible you haven't run
RTVDSKINF for ages, and therefore PRTDSKINF is reporting the usage from
the last time RTVDSKINF was run ?
