When you have a user with this problem, go check the NWSAA server. I am away from the office this week so I cannot get to my docs (darn-another conference:) but I believe you will see memory buffer errors or something to that effect. We loaded a couple of patches for NW but we also find we MUST reboot our server at least once every couple of weeks.
